Microgaming Casinos and TOP Slot Games

Few software providers have left such a massive impact on the industry as Microgaming had. They were among the first developers to create online casino software, setting the ground rules that other companies would follow. The team has made over 400 slots and more to come.

Alongside slots, Microgaming released lots of table games, scratch cards, and even the occasional bingo title. Players especially loved video poker, roulette, and blackjack games. Alongside their classic rulesets, you can find exciting variants that change these releases by introducing new elements.

Brits Still Love These Microgaming Slots – Here’s Why

Microgaming made online casino history — and in 2026, UK players still can’t get enough. From Mega Moolah’s millionaire jackpots to fan-favourites like Immortal Romance, we’ve ranked the top slots worth playing this year, plus new releases, features, and the UK casinos where you can spin for real cash and bonus rewards.

Microgaming Updates & New Game

Under the Games Global banner, the studio formerly known as Microgaming is churning out hits through its partner studios. The standout title right now is Dark Waters 2 Power Combo from Just For The Win. Released late in 2025, it’s still dominating the charts thanks to its complex bonus rounds and pirate theme. They’ve also been busy with “Gold Strike Express,” a mining-themed game that’s getting a lot of traction in UK lobbies for its fast-paced “Hold & Win” style features.

Microgaming Developer Key Details

Microgaming was formed in 1994, and initially, they only created titles for the online casinos they operated. This changed a few years later, which is when the studio started gaining popularity. Microgaming would continue with its existing strategy until 2022, when it sold its portfolio to Games Global. Depending on the website, their releases may be listed under one brand or the other.

Hottest Microgaming Slots

Microgaming has released plenty of amazing titles over the years, making selecting the best ones difficult. Ultimately, we chose games that are popular with players and offer a fun theme, bonus features, or both.

Starlight Kiss

Passion and romance are hard to resist, especially when paired with an entertaining slot with a 5×3 playing area and 30 paylines. The game has an RTP of 96.52% and offers two lucrative features. The first is the Romance bonus, where you pick three objects that grant a cash prize or increase your multiplier. Alternatively, you can benefit from free spins and their guaranteed 2x multiplier.

Immortal Romance

Microgaming’s Immortal Romance slot is a masterpiece of modern fantasy, introducing witches and vampires to our world. This title is played on a 5×3 grid with 243 ways to win and an RTP of 96.86%. Its focus is on the drama between its four characters. That story is why we have four free spin features, with some bonuses only becoming available after being activated enough times. There’s also a chance that one or more reels turn Wild for one round.

Mega Moolah

Take a trip and see the wonders of an African safari in Mega Moolah. However, the animals aren’t the most interesting thing you’ll find in this 5×3 slot with 25 paylines. That honour goes to the progressive jackpot, which can trigger randomly every spin. Furthermore, players benefit from Wilds that double payouts and free spins with 3x multipliers. The only downside to this slot is its 88.12% RTP.

Break da Bank Again – Our Favourite Slot by Microgaming, Especially The Game’s Deluxe Version

Do you have what it takes to pull off the heist of a century? If so, then Break da Bank Again invites you to try your luck. It uses a 5×3 playing area with 9 paylines and an RTP of 95.43%. During free spins, all rewards are increased by 5x. Additionally, Wilds have their own 5x multiplier that applies to all payouts that include it. Wilds that appear during free spins will have a 25x multiplier instead.

Jungle Jim El Dorado

Join handsome explorer Jungle Jim on his search to find El Dorado, a lost city made of solid gold. The slot comes with a 5×3 playing area and 25 paylines, while its RTP is 96.31%. Players benefit from Rolling Reels, Free Spins, and the Multiplier Trail.

New Games by Microgaming

While we adore Microgaming’s top hits, their newer titles can be just as engaging. You can find their latest releases and what makes them special listed below.

Hockey Fever Penny Roller: If you love straightforward games, you’ll have a blast with Hockey Fever Penny Roller. The game came out on 15 April 2024 and is one of the few Microgaming titles with no bonus features. Instead, you all get a 3×1 grid with one payline, which lets you win up to 3,333x your stake.

Fruit Salad 20: Another sweet and simple brand-new Microgaming slot machine you can try your luck with is Fruit Salad 20. Launched on 8 April 2024, the game’s sole bonus features are Wilds and Scatters. The former can substitute for all icons except the Scatter, while the latter can grant payouts from any position.

Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels: What’s better than a fun game with just one 5×3 playing area? Adding three more 5×3 grids! Mega Moolah 4Tunes Reels give players four times the fun and chance of activating bonuses. It was released on 25 March 2024 and offers progressive jackpot, free spin, and Wild features.

Book of Goddess Mega Moolah online slot came out on 29 November 2023. If you decide to play it, you can take home the progressive jackpot attached to the Mega Moolah slots. Other notable features of this Microgaming hit include combined Wild-Scatter symbols and free spins with an expanding icon.

One of the newest Microgaming slot game Break da Bank Retro Roller: If you love the aesthetic of physical slot machines, Break da Bank Retro Roller is the game for you. Released on 28 November 2023, the game has only one feature: the Wild symbol. It can replace any other icon in the winning combination while providing the same payout.

How Does Microgaming Compare to Other Providers?

While Microgaming/Games Global still produce the occasional hit, it’s clear they’re no longer the powerhouse they used to be. Their visuals aren’t on the same level as those of other top-tier developers such as Red Tiger and NetEnt.

Their latest releases also aren’t very inspired. Don’t get us wrong, they’re fun and can provide a great payout with some luck. However, these titles are either remakes of their previous games with some new features added or classic slots with barely any bonuses. It’s a far cry from what Microgaming used to make. They seem to leave more involved releases to their partner developers, such as Stormcraft Studios and Gameburger Studios.

The company continues to be king of the progressive jackpots, especially as its Mega Moolah and WowPot series are only gaining popularity. If you enjoy chasing big wins, few software slots providers can entice you quite like Microgaming can.
