Dashing Dick heads our ratings on 71 and gets the nod in a tightly knit Class 6 seven-furlong event on good to firm. He is only narrowly ahead of Soca Star on 70 and Folkene on 69, so this is no penalty-kick, but a pound or two in hand over that pair is enough to make him the one to beat. Moostar, on 68, completes the main dangers and is not far behind, with several others in the same band. Dashing Dick can edge it. Best price 59/20.
