Verdict, Market Read & Value Calls
The market makes Solarize the clear favourite (implied 32.3% chance) at 6/4, trained by Charlie Johnston. Percy's Daydream is the chief market rival at 11/4.
★ Top pick · Top pick: Solarize. Best price available at Midnite — historically translates to roughly a one-in-three strike rate at favourite-level pricing.
★ Each-way value · Each-way value sits with Percy's Daydream at 11/4. The price gives place hunters a margin of safety, particularly with bookies paying Extra Places in big-field handicaps.
★ Bigger-priced angle · The bigger-priced angle: King's Code at 10/1. Form figures of 518887 show place form within recent runs — at a double-digit price the each-way play covers downside risk if the favourites duel.
Class 3 · 1m3f179y · Good to firm going · Favourite's trainer is striking at 10% over the last 14 days.
